When I arrived around 5pm there was strong smoke smell all over the reception area and in my room which was on ground floor. In the morning, the smell was gone and things were much better. Didn’t like the new trend of not providing shampoo!! Hospitality industry in America keep removing services! They removed concierge, daily housekeeping, windows and other things. what’s next?

It smelled like weed constantly. Supposedly the rooms are no smoking but it doesn't seem enforced. The pool smelled weird and was not heated as claimed. We had toilet issues and room service is only available at request before 10:00 a.m. Some of the vending machines took money. I want to cancel the second night and try a different hotel but that was not possible due to policies.

The property looks rundown and needs a facelift. I parked in the same spot two nights in a row, and on the second night after I parked they put up no parking signs and then called me and woke me in the middle of the night to move my car. Ridiculous
