House beautiful. It’s on 22nd Ave. it’s close to beach and boardwalk, but In direct flight path of military jets. They fly night and day. Mostly day. You have to stop your conversation when the planes fly over it’s so loud. My Apple Watch gave me a sound decibel alert when they flew over. The house is on a busy road so you also hear a lot of car traffic. It’s very urban as far as noise even though you’re near the beach. House beautiful.

Virginia Wedding

We came for a family wedding and had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and large enough to house our family comfortably. Ample supplies and the proximity to the beach and wedding was perfect. The AC works great! My only suggestions would be to leave soap or body wash in the showers. Also felt at the check in time at 4:00 is too late and the check out time at 10;30 too early . It was difficult to coordinate arrival and departure with those times especially when you have a pet.

Great home base

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. There was plenty of room for all--we could have easily had another family join us, which we will do in the future now that we know. Clean and comfortable, close to the beach and other venues we were seeing. We had some questions for the host, and Sheppard was very helpful and responsive. We'll definitely be looking here again if we're back in town.

Very nice house, well-stocked, and was clean. Small issue initially with the lock/key code, but was resolved immediately. The property managers are very nice and responsive. There is only 1 TV in the living room, none in any of the other bedrooms, which I shared and I believe they updated the description. The front bedroom is noisy at night, especially through the weekend.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful home and was very convenient to the beach, boardwalk, lots of shops and places to eat. We vacation every year in Va Bech and this was our first time staying here, I venture to say we will book again. Our only complaint was that the outside windows and doorways were covered in spiderwebs and a lot of dust/ dirt on the patios. The patio furniture was also and the dirt transferred to a lot of our clothes. We couldn’t really enjoy those spaces and if we went outside barefoot we tracked back in a lot of that dust etc. I quick pressure wash would make a big difference. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Thank you again!

PHENOMENAL

Absolutely phenomenal Townhouse. I o ly gave 4 stars because, they need to make sure their cleaning company is actually cleaning the house, the upstairs bathroom was not clean, hair in the shower, dirty towel left behind. Luckily, I'm used to subpar cleaning with these type of spaces, I brought my own simple cleaning products. But the house was absolutely gorgeous, great location. I would definitely rent again.

Great with one caveat

The place was great. plenty of room to spread out, updated, nice to have double sinks in the bathroom. The only problem is the noise on the street. It is on a very busy street, with cars going very fast every night and very loud. We could hear them in the back bedrooms even while using earplugs. That made it hard to sleep. One would think the city could do something about that.

Nice house, floors and bathrooms not very clean. Neighborhood seemed run down. That section of town had few sidewalks which made it difficult to walk the town. Very noisy with traffic (loud cars racing and apparently no cops). The entire town seems dirty and neglected.

The place is as nice as you'd expect from the pictures. The host always responded quickly if I had any questions. Spacious bedrooms, and almost fully stocked kitchen. 3 balconies and a front porch, plenty of bathrooms/showers. Would recommend. Would stay here again.
