Beauty and only a few short blocks to the beach! This gorgeous home is bright and airy and a year-round vacation! The home is over 2500 sq ft with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. There are two balconies, one off the family room and another off the master bedroom. Outside it has a double driveway, covered porch and a private fenced area. Other features include a two-car garage, open foyer, downstairs bedroom with full bathroom, open family room with gas fireplace, and pristine kitchen with gas range, quartz countertops, coffee maker, and stainless-steel appliances. Engineered hardwood runs throughout the main living level. The welcoming primary bedroom has tons of natural light, walk-in closet space and en suite with dual vanities and tiled shower.

A fully furnished smart home that feature: Ring Security, Keyless entry, Amazon Alexa, Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Pandora, etc.) and High-Speed Internet w/ Wi-Fi throughout the house.

A walk or bike (available for your use) away from the beach, the boardwalk, and the Vibe Creative District where you find unique and local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores.
