Let The Beacon guide you to your Virginia Beach vacation! This lovely condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bike rentals, and all the excitement the Resort Area has to offer. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, the living room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and access to the private balcony. The living room opens to the fully equipped and updated kitchen. The dining area has seating for 6 people. There is also a full bath off the hallway. This is a great property to enjoy an excellent family vacation together.

**Property does not include soaps, paper products, or bed making service. Rentals 30 days or more do not include linens**

Bedroom 1 has 2 singles. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with a private bathroom and a Queen-Sleep sofa in LR.

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent's contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking.
