My room was dirty when I got there, i had to clean the bathroom before it could be used. The amenities were outdated and expensive. The pool was closed for the first two days i was there, with no offer of any other pool or discount. The only nice thing about the hotel was the location.

The tv in our living room never worked, the maintenance team did try to fix it a couple times but didn’t succeed. The floors in our suite were sticky & dirty when we arrived. The pool area was less than clean & the bathrooms in the pool area were nasty. The air in our room didn’t work well, by the end of the day it would be 75 in there after it being set to 69 all day. Overall an affordable place to stay and very close to the beach. Needs updates for sure & could use some work on cleanliness.

We found a roach crawling around in the front bedroom. There was never hot water in our unit. This particular weekend was the AAU Indoor Track Nationals, there were kids EVERYWHERE running up and down the hallways being loud.
