All Staff were very nice. We were able to do everything we needed during our stay. Things out of service during our stay: one elevator (the other elevator works), hot tub (no water in it), pool (cloudy). Our room was bigger than most hotel rooms and was clean.

Room was clean, pillows & bed were comfortable. The heater/fan unit didn't work well. The fan setting did not work so it didn't blow to circulate like it should. It sounded like it was that way in most of the rooms & they should be replaced. We were disappointed to hear that the hot tub was out of service for the last 3 years, it would've been nice to use after being at the ski hill all day. The staff were all polite.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located right in the center of the city so there are plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance. The pool area is neat but could use some updating.
