On the upper floor of the villa, you will find also a spacious balcony with a view of the pool and garden. The open-concept ground floor houses a modern, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table. There is also a spacious living room with a fireplace and unobstructed access to the yard.

In the beautifully landscaped yard, there is a spacious swimming pool with accompanying deckchairs for carefree afternoons. Near the pool, you will find a covered grill area for preparing delicious meals that you can serve in one of the two outdoor dining areas. In the spacious garden with the family olive grove, you will find the perfect escape from the warm summer days.
