The main house accommodates 7 guests and offers 3 elegant double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 1 single bedroom. The modern bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hairdryers.The first guest house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor and is designed to accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for enjoying Mediterranean specialities and a comfortable living room with direct access to the terrace. There is also a small toilet on the ground floor, and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped with toiletries and hairdryers. The second guesthouse is a charming rustic one-storey house for 2 people. There is a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with two sinks.Situated on a spacious 2,000m² plot, Villa Charlotta has an enchanting garden and courtyard divided into several zones for relaxation, socialising and sunbathing. The 80m² swimming pool is accessed by stairs and is ideal for refreshment and relaxation. The pool house has a small lounge with sofa, wardrobe and toilet. It has direct access to the pool and on the outside of the house there is an outdoor shower and a fridge to keep your drinks cool. You can enjoy a refreshing drink in one of the deckchairs by the pool or in the shade of the covered part of the garden, all overlooking the Mediterranean landscape. If you would like to prepare a meal in the aromatic air, you can do so on the large covered terrace in the summer kitchen with barbecue and seating for al fresco dining. While you are enjoying the company of family or friends, the children can have fun in the children's playground.To make staying at the luxurious Villa Charlotte even more enjoyable, the Villa offers its guests a concierge service.
