The house built in 2014., is surrounded by greenery and offers beautiful panoramic sea views. Outside the house there is an outdoor pool with salt water, loungers and shower, 2 covered terraces with seating set, a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue, covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, as well as a swing, trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel trail available for mountain bikers.
