Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória.

Fui recebida pela funcionária Geise para fazer o check in e fui muito mal atendida , ela nos tratou com muita grosseria , deu a entender q nós estávamos atrapalhando . Fiquei muito decepcionada , como um hotel tão bom pode ter uma recepcionista tão mal educada. Será q ninguém está vendo o q essa moça está fazendo com os hóspedes! Os outros funcionários são muito atenciosos!!! O café da manhã maravilhoso!!! O quarto muito bem arrumado e limpo !!! O hotel vale a pena !!!
