Excelente apto

Recomendo este apto perto das praias areia preta , castanheiras, namorados. Da porta do prédio já tem visão da praia da areia preta. Tem banco do Brasil como vizinho, supermercado Extra Bom na rua do prédio,tudo pertinho : farmácias, lojas feira de artesanato... Só o estacionamento que não gostei muito, difícil de estacionar (apertado) , visibilidade prejudicada para tirar o carro, pois a rampa de acesso e muito ingrime. Anfitrião muito cortez e atencioso.
