In the heart of the Loiret department, in the Triangle Orléans, Montargis and Gien. Charming cottage on the edge of the forest, close to the Orléans canal and on the road to the Etang de la Vallée. Near the owners' house, but independent in an enclosed space and facing a meadow with horses. The wood, brick and stone are highlighted and make the decoration and charm of the habitat. Ground floor: 1 large living room / kitchen with lounge area and wood stove, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room with SAUNA, separate toilet, storeroom.
