Très bon séjour lors de l'éclipse ! Le personnel adorable et très patient malgré une foule comme jamais vu au Semnoz ! Très propre, jolie établissement et bon p'tit déj. Le plateau a 360 est idéal pour un couché de soleil extraordinaire ainsi qu'un levé de Soleil tout aussi beau. Merci l équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance !

Excellent endroit pour passer un séjour en total dépaysement un personnel jeune très dynamique très à l écoute des besoins du client Petit bémol sur la propreté du sol de la chambre dans les angles de mur et sous les chaises proches du mur un petit coup d aspirateur et tout disparaît Lingerie très propre couette très agréable vue superbe côté montagne Terrasse très agréable pour prendre un bain de soleil Pas d attente pour le service Les gérants ont su garder l âme de l hôtel que j ai connu avec les anciens propriétaires c est très important Autre suggestion faire limiter la vitesse en haut du col car parfois c est trop bruyant entre les motos et les voitures sportives qui friment avec leur engin Sinon tout est parfait Ét mon objectif est d y revenir en hiver Merci à toute l equipe
