Garden with trees and flowers with a private area: table and chairs, garden pavilion (gazebo) and barbecue. Private parking along the road, along the property. Stylish house in a wooded and fenced park, near Lake Bourget and the Bauges massif. Entrance via a gravelled driveway, private outdoor space with table, chairs and deckchairs under a 300 year old oak tree.
