OPENING SUMMER 2025! Boutique Villa Louisa is the perfect hideaway for a romantic getaway for two or a relaxing family holiday. Nestled in the rolling hills of Istria, surrounded by olive trees and tranquility, this villa offers all the comforts you need.
The villa sits on a spacious plot with an inviting (enclosed) garden and a generous terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table, a luxurious BBQ, a lounge area, poolside loungers, and a refreshing outdoor shower. The garden borders an olive grove – a typical Istrian setting that will instantly put you in holiday mode.
The 30 m² swimming pool, complete with a bench seat, is perfect for a refreshing dip or a relaxing moment in the sun.
Inside, you'll find a stylish living and dining area with a fully functional kitchen, ideal for four people. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. Both the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.
