The modern Villa Filton will provide you with an ideal place for a vacation, as well as an incredible view of the nature of central Istria. Surrounded by greenery, this beautiful villa in Vižinada promises unforgettable moments for a large family or group of friends, as it can accommodate up to 10 + 2 people.
You will feel at home in the beautifully decorated villa. There are five bedrooms with double beds at your disposal, one of which has an extra sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an additional toilet on the ground floor of the house. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped, modern kitchen with a dining table. There is also a spacious living room with direct access to the courtyard, for pleasant moments spent in the company of your loved ones. You will also find a wellness area with a sauna, as well as an additional room with billiards and table football.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, the first thing you will notice is certainly the spacious swimming pool with hydromassage and accompanying deck chairs. Right next to the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a covered dining table. An additional room with fitness equipment can be found next to the outdoor kitchen. A table tennis and a lounge area are also at your disposal in the greenery of the courtyard.
