The living room features comfortable sofas and a fireplace, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring Istria. The dining room has a large table for eight people, making it an ideal place for a family dinner or a dinner with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances and everything you need for cooking.



Villa Arman contains four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has access to the yard with a beautiful view of the landscape. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has a wardrobe, desk, television, air conditioning, and floor heating is installed in each. The bathrooms are spacious and decorated very modern and minimalistic. Clear lines and neutral colors such as gray and beige follow the design of the entire villa. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower cabin, a toilet, a sink above which there is a large mirror, and a hair dryer. Floor heating is also available in the bathrooms.



The villa boasts a landscaped garden that is fenced and therefore ideal for playing with children or pets. The large pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, while the jacuzzi is a great option in the colder months.
