The master bedroom with a double bed and bathtub is located on the ground floor of the villa, while two bedrooms, two with double beds and one with separate beds are located on the first floor of the villa. Each with a separate en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, they are also equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobes and television.



The ground floor is designed as a large unit that continues to the outdoor space for hanging out. On the ground floor of the villa, besides the master bedroom, you will find a modern living room open to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Furnished with a comfortable couch and armchairs and decorated in rustic style, a minimalist fireplace contributes to the warmth of the interior on colder days. From the living room, through a big corner window, a panoramic view of the vineyards, the sea and the mountains in the distance is offered. The center of the ground floor is certainly the large dining table that leads to the kitchen island with bar stools. A high-quality kitchen with all the necessary appliances will satisfy the chefs among you, and the highlight is definitely a wine fridge with wines, which you have at your disposal.



The exterior of Villa Edoardo is really special. A large gazebo standing on stone pillars covers a wooden garden dining table. Outdoor family parties are unthinkable without a barbecue, and the 40 m² swimming pool stole all the attention. Be sure to consider staying in this villa even on colder days, because there you will also find a hydromassage pool for the real feeling of a luxurious vacation. There are deckchairs on the paved sunbathing area of the pool, and this entire area is surrounded by a landscaped lawn. Villa Edoardo will give you more than you think. In addition to the fenced yard, where you don't have to worry about the safety of your children, this villa is also pet friendly. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.



Vižinada is special for its many wine cellars and top Istrian winemakers, so don't miss the opportunity for wine tasting and hanging out in one of them. There are also numerous taverns and agrotourisms nearby where you can taste local Istrian cuisine. Be sure to plan trips to nature - cycling and hiking trails are intertwined in these areas. One of the more famous - Parenzana - passes right through Vižinada.
