OPENING SUMMER 2025! Villa Noah is the ideal hideaway for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Nestled in the rolling hills of Istria, surrounded by olive trees and tranquility, this stylish villa offers every comfort for a stay of six persons.
The villa sits on a generous plot with an attractive, enclosed garden and a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining table, Weber BBQ, lounge sofa, outdoor bar table, poolside loungers, and a refreshing outdoor shower. The garden borders directly on an olive grove – a typical Istrian landscape that immediately puts you in the holiday mood.
The 30m² private pool with built-in bench seating is perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing moments under the sun.
Inside, you'll find an elegantly furnished living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned for optimal comfort, even on hot days.
