The location is calm and green, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the city centre just a few minutes' walk away. The sea is approximately 300 metres away, with fine-gravelled beaches, rocky sections, and concreted plateaus.



In the surrounding area, you can engage in water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, cycling, bocce, and many other activities. Day trips to Krka, Kornati, or Paklenica National Parks, as well as cultural visits to Zadar, are easily possible.



The apartment is ideal for a beach holiday, family holiday or active holidays in Northern Dalmatia. Pets are not allowed.
