The detached villa, built in 2021 and renovated in 2023, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a holiday home development on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular partly due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.
