Accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children, Villa Ivana has two bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, including a double bed, a double sofa bed and two single beds. The villa boasts two bathrooms with showers and an additional toilet - ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The heart of the villa is kitchenette, complete with modern amenities such as a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. The spacious living and dining area provide plenty of space to gather and enjoy quality time together.
Outside, you will find a beautiful private swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters, surrounded by a sun terrace with outdoor furniture and loungers. The fenced plot of 800 m² includes a garden, a barbecue area and a 40 m² terrace perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.
Entertainment options include a flat-screen Smart TV, table tennis and a children's area. The villa also offers practical amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, a safe and an iron.
