The detached villa, built in 2023, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny waterfront location. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and sink, table for 12 people.

Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
