Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 8 km, rocky beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 15 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
