Simply Perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Everything was absolutely perfect – from the beautiful interior and well-maintained outdoor area to the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home. There was nothing missing; every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was also great, peaceful yet close enough to local attractions. We 100% recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free vacation. We would love to come back!

Fantastic stay! 100% recommendation!

We stayed at Villa Kata as a group of 9 friends and had an unforgettable stay. The whole property is a dream and leaves nothing to be desired. From the high-quality and beautifully furnished main house to the pool and its sun loungers, to the large lawn for playing ball, to the pool house with a jacuzzi and its own fully equipped kitchen. The communication with our host Dragan was excellent from the very first moment. He gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house and explained everything. During our stay, he was always available for any questions and requests and tried to make our holiday as relaxing as possible at all times. We would love to come back in the future and can recommend the villa 100%.

Wow! Very nice, clean and well equipment Property.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house is located in Gajana in a quote area. it exceeded our expectations. The house brand new renovated it is very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Notation me tipped the Poolhouse including Whirpool and a second fully equipped kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect vacation. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!
