In the spacious open concept of the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, as well as a living room for pleasant moments spent in the company of loved ones, and a direct access to the yard. There is also an open balcony on the roof of the house, and a covered terrace on the ground floor with an outdoor dining table.

In the spacious yard, the first thing you will notice is the heated swimming pool with accompanying deck chairs, perfect for enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun. There is also a covered grill area for preparing delicious meals at sunset, a lounge area overlooking the swimming pool, a children’s playground and a table tennis.
