Villa Leny is located in the quiet settlement of Majmajola, not far from Vodnjan, in southern Istria. It is a ground-floor house that provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, which makes it a suitable choice for families or smaller groups of friends. The nearest beaches are located in the tourist town of Peroj, about 11 kilometers from the villa, while shops and restaurants are available at a distance of 3 to 4 kilometers.The villa contains three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a TV. Two rooms are equipped with double beds and have private bathrooms, the third room is equipped with two separate beds, while the third bathroom is located in the hallway. The living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table make a pleasant and functional common space.The landscaped yard with an area of 640 m² offers a covered outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and a private saltwater pool. The pool can be heated for an additional fee of €100 per week, which is especially practical in the colder months.
