Spacious Holliday home in authentic farmhouse with terrace view
This cozy 6-person holiday home (75 m2) is located in a monumental farm with 12 other holiday homes, a restaurant, an attractive `court terrace` and a play and picnic meadow. It has a private terrace with extensive views over the valley. Quiet and child-friendly, yet only 10 minutes from the famous Valkenburg, 15 minutes from the 3-country point in Vaals and 20 minutes from Aachen. Located in the middle of the nature reserve `Land van Kalk`, there is much to do and see for everyone.
This 6-person house of 75 m2 consists of 2 floors.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground there is a spacious living room with sitting area and dining area. The dining area has a modern kitchen that is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The toilet room is also located on the ground floor.
OUTSIDE TERRACE WITH VIEW
The living room is directly adjacent to the outdoor terrace with a panoramic via guest terrace view over the large meadow that belongs to the complex and the Limburg landscape. There you can enjoy a meal and a drink. If you have children, they can play to their heart`s content in the meadow and you can still keep an eye on them.
FLOOR
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor.
There is 1 bedroom for people with a King-size box spring bed (180x200) with pocket spring mattress and integrated extra topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort. plus an extra bed (90*200)
The other bedroom is for 2people and has 2 King-size box spring beds (90x200) all with pocket spring mattresses and integrated extra topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort.

The bathroom has a sink and shower while the toilet is located in a separate toilet room on the ground floor.

Rest times: Respect the rest times at our complex, usually between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum during these hours so that other guests can enjoy a good night`s sleep.
Waste Policy: Keep the site clean and tidy by depositing waste in the appropriate areas. Respect the natural environment of the region and avoid damaging plants, trees and wildlife. Do not leave waste in the garden or nature.
Open Fire: Open fire is only permitted on designated fire pits or in designated fire pits. Ensure the fire is supervised at all times and completely extinguished before leaving the site.
Pet policy: It is not permitted to let your dog or pet run loose in our garden. We also kindly request that you clean up the dog feces properly.
