I am a Turkish citizen, we came to Vienna. At the hotel, there is no front desk or reception; there is a smart screen at the entrance. We enter the reservation number and ID, and the room card is issued automatically. It was the first time I had seen this— the technology was really impressive. The room was very neat and very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much.

Es gibt keinen Kontakt mit Personal. Das Hotel ist kn direkter Nähe zur Autobahn - due man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gut hören kann.

Everything was good. I know the hotel -as a location since 2009, and now it is a change for the better. Unfortunately I should mention one minus: the refrigerator, it is necessary especially in the summer, or if you stay for a few days. See you again!
