In just 15 minutes you can reach the famous Glungezer ski area, which invites you to enjoy a wonderful day on the slopes. But the family-friendly mountain also has plenty to offer in summer, such as the world's largest outdoor marble run, the “Kugelwald am Glungezer”. The world-famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens are also just a few minutes away by car.



The house has been lovingly and carefully renovated by the owners to offer modern comfort without losing its traditional charm. The cozy solid wood parlor, which comes from an original alpine hut, and the tiled stove ensure cozy hours with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for a self-catering vacation. A separate pantry with fridge and freezer provides practical storage space. The spacious round table with bench and chairs invites you to enjoy convivial meals. The living room impresses with several comfortable seating areas and large panoramic windows that offer a wonderful view of the natural surroundings.



Three beautiful bedrooms with comfortable double beds guarantee restful nights. A dressing room can be converted into an additional bedroom for one person if required. The comfortable bathroom and three separate WCs offer plenty of space and make for a pleasant stay for the whole family or group of friends.



A highlight of the country house is the large terrace and spacious garden, which invite you to spend relaxing moments outdoors. The whirlpool tub and the ergonomic relaxation loungers in the basement ensure absolute relaxation - the perfect place to completely unwind after a sauna session in the private sauna.
