The marina of Volendam is your starting point for everything that makes North Holland beautiful. The Dijk, with its quintessential Dutch atmosphere, fresh eel, and rich music history, is within walking distance. Take a bike ride along the Gouwzee towards Edam, or set your course for Marken for a completely different, almost timeless experience. Amsterdam is less than half an hour away, but the tranquility here always has the strongest appeal.
