Maison dans charmant village

Volonne , très beau petit village charmant et accueillant avec ses petites ruelles . Maison au coeur du village très propre et moderne .. Terrasse avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes et au calme … Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrais les yeux fermés dans cette région…

Parfait.

Idéal pour une famille de 4, appartement très très bien aménagé, rien ne manque. La climatisation est un atout majeur et très appréciée Région très sympa, nous recommandons, nous reviendrons.

Excellent séjour à Volonne

Appartement de très belle qualité, rénové dans une bâtisse ancienne. Moderne, hyper propre et fonctionnel. Magnifique terrasse avec vue atypique de charme. Excellente relation avec les propriétaires, très réactifs à nos questions. Volonne est de plus un point de départ de balades et randonnées, avec un circuit de visite de la commune pleine de charme. Toute la famille aurait aimé rester plus longtemps 😊.

Appartement au cœur d'un village perché.

Cette propriété, bien située dans le village de Volonne. Cependant, il n'est pas approprié pour 6 personnes , mais plutôt pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il est stipulé dans l'annonce: 2 salles d'eau; en réalité une salle d'eau et une douche dans la chambre adulte. Dans une des chambre le rideau du Vélux ne fonctionne pas, plus de télécommande (non remplacé). L'autre chambre à un rideau, celui-ci n'est pas occultant, donc le matin réveil par la lumière du jour. La literie !!!! Des lattes du lit double se sont défaites et les autres matelas boff. Les draps housses des différents lits sont vraiment très passables (un peu troués, trop petit) La pièce de vie était à peu près correcte, manque un fauteuil (nous en avons pris un sur la terrasse pour avoir chacun une place) une table devant la télé. Le coin cuisine: l'état de certains ustensiles de cuisine étaient détériorés (casserole, manque de couverts...) La terrasse, un salon non conforme à la photo de présentation. Nous ne parlons pas des coussins des fauteuils et banquette, dans un coffre qui ne donnait pas envie de chercher dedans. Un barbecue dangereux et inutilisable vu l'état des brûleurs. Nous avons fait changé l'étendoir à linge. Sur quels critères appliquez-vous les tarifs de locations et à quelle fréquence contrôlez vous les résidences??? J'ai l'habitude des réservations par votre site, là, je suis déçu de la prestation. Tarif non conforme à la prestation (sur les lieux, nous avons pu comparer avec d'autres résidences) . Je ne la conseillerai pas. Dans la logique des choses, les propriétaires devraient contrôler leur propriété. Le point positif de cette location est la clim (vue les températures de la région). Suggestions d'amélioration: - La WIFI - Une table à repasser et un fer

Appartement très bien équipé (avec la clim dans toutes les pièces et tout le confort souhaité) avec une agréable terrasse extérieure qui offre une belle vue, dans un quartier calme, dans le très beau village de Volonne. Très bien situé pour les visites, baignades et randos...
