VILLA GIONATA - VOLTERRA AREA
Located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside close to the town of Volterra, Villa Gionata is a charming villa featuring a private swimming pool and an 18th century church. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday or event, the villa offers privacy in a quiet rural location while being within easy driving distance of many of Tuscany's best attractions such as the Teatro del Silenzio, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence.
Villa Gionata (500 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (with sofas and chairs), a dining room (with dining table and chairs), a well-equipped kitchen (with a fireplace and table), a larder and two bathrooms (with toilets).
On the first floor you will find four double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) and a separate bathroom (with shower).
On the second floor you will find four double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) and a separate bathroom (with shower).
Two of the bedrooms have an additional single bed which is available at extra cost (30 euros per day).
Outside you will find a large garden featuring a swimming pool (7 m x 14 m; 1.4m; open May to September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), a shady outdoor dining area (with tables and chairs), a consecrated chapel (available for events at extra cost, on request), and a barbecue.
