The flat house is only 230m. from the beach!

Our flat house is located in the centre of Nea Vrasna. Very quiet and yet very central. The 8 km long sandy beach is only 4 - 5 minutes walk (230m.). All shopping facilities as well as bars and the many taverns are within walking distance. The bakery is only 100 metres from the house. Thessaloniki airport is 90 km away. You can reach the airport in one hour via the new A2 motorway.

In the flower-filled courtyard there is a house bar with a cosy seating area, an outdoor shower, a vending machine with cold water, which is available free of charge for our guests, and a small lawn for playing and relaxing.

The approx. 45 square metre studio is located on the second floor of the house and has two rooms separated by a door. From both rooms you can access the very large terrace-like balcony through the balcony doors. It is equipped with a ground-floor shower and a WC with window. A kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, induction cooker and various crockery are at your disposal.

Nea Vrasna is a quiet and familiar place directly by the sea. The beach is 8 kilometres long and very wide. So there is enough space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. With its car-free beach promenade, Nea Vrasna is very popular with families with children. This invites you to take a stroll. Northern Greece is very green due to the rainy winter months. This is also beautifully reflected in the surrounding mountains. They shine like emerald forests in the sun and invite you to go hiking in the spring months of April/May.
