Le Moulin de Gratte Sac is an estate on 2.5ha and a large house on the ground floor* with 3 bedrooms (9 to 12m²), a large living room (22m²) with fireplace (insert), a kitchen/dining room (31m²), a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets. Each room is opened by a French window or bay window opening onto a terrace.
The large south-east facing terrace opens up the view over the entire natural space, an enchantment!
Fisherman ? The body of water is full of fish: roach, perch, carp, pike... and trout in the Erve river. A fishing chalet equipped with a sink, refrigerator and basic fishing equipment, it is located between the river and the pond.
