Le Moulin de Gratte Sac is a 2.5-hectare estate with a large, single-story house* featuring 3 bedrooms (9 to 12m²), a large living room (22m²) with a fireplace (insert), a kitchen/dining room (31m²), a bathroom, a shower room, and 2 toilets. Each room opens onto a terrace through French doors or sliding glass doors.
The large southeast-facing terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding natural landscape – simply enchanting! Fishing enthusiast? The pond is well-stocked with roach, perch, carp, pike, and trout in the Erve River. A fishing cabin equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and basic fishing gear, located between the river and the pond. What about outings? You're close to the charming town of Sainte-Suzanne (castle, park, museum, shops, restaurants, and beautiful hiking trails) - Evron, 6 km away (basilica with renowned concerts, shops, markets, restaurants) - Saulges with its prehistoric caves (hiking, climbing, museum, restaurants). And access to 6 km of cycle paths... The owners will be happy to advise you based on your preferences.
Business stays: maximum 4 people - mandatory cleaning fee per stay of 1 to 14 nights. A large shed with a ping-pong table, bicycles of all sizes, and a pétanque court is also available. The hangar can accommodate several vehicles (including a camper van).

Pets are welcome (except for Category 1 & 2 dogs). The cottage is entirely on the ground floor, but there are three steps between the living room and the kitchen. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet with a grab bar is accessible from the living room. The bedrooms are on the same level as the kitchen/dining room. Please contact the owners before your arrival to arrange your check-in.

From Voutré take the direction of the lake. Continue 2.5 km to the Crouzille crossroads, take the direction of Assé le Bérenger. The path to the gîte is 300m on the right.
From Evron, go to the entrance to Assé le Béranger. Take the direction of Sainte-Suzanne. The path is 3km on the left, after a pumping station and before the Crouzille crossroads.
From Sainte-Suzanne, take the direction of Assé le Béranger and continue 300m after the Crouzille crossroads, path on the right.
