The house is situated on a slope about 50 metres above the sea and offers a wonderful view of the old town and the Adriatic.



The 55 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to five people. It has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds - as well as a bright living room with a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and dining table for six people. In the living area, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi provide additional comfort.



From the sunny terrace with sea view and brick outdoor grill, you can directly access the well-maintained garden - ideal for relaxed hours outdoors or shared dinners with a view of the sea. Bed linen, towels and an iron are available, as well as private parking spaces directly at the house.
