This old, but traditionally and functionally renewed Holiday house Smokovecis located in the center and pedestrian area of the picturesque city of Vrbnik. The house extends over three opened floors joint with internal stairs. On the ground floor is a living room with a kitchen, and on the lower and upper floors there are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom with a shower. TV-SAT and air conditioning are available to guests. Pets are allowed with an extra fee. The house is only a few steps from the church, souvenir shops, wine cellars, and restaurants with traditional food and wines on the island. The distance from the beach is about 400 meters. The house is not accessible by car (pedestrian zone), but there is publicparking 300 meters away.
