From this level, you have direct access to a 30 m2 partly roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs, as well as to the swimming pool. The ground floor also features an open kitchen fully equipped for your culinary needs, along with a separate WC. On the upper floor, 2 double-bedded rooms await, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Each of the 2 bedrooms benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as direct access to a 16 m2 balcony from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.
