Haus mit Potential!

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus sehr schön mit rustikalem Flair. Der Pool und Außenbereich sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Leider ist die Ausstattung sehr minimalistisch (fehlende Haken und Ablageflächen/Schränke, keine Nachtischlampen, kein Platz für Hängekleidung,).Das schöne Natursteinbadezimmer ist leider dauerfeucht und riecht „muffig“. Für Selbstversorger ist die Küchenausstattung nur schlecht geeignet. (Keine Arbeitsfläche, nur 2 Kochplatten, sehr dunkel, keine Lagermöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel,). Die Küche ist außerdem ebenerdig und auch für sehr viele „Mitbewohner“ (jegliche Insekten) gut erreichbar. Am störendsten empfanden wir aber, dass die Wohn-/Schlafräume von der Küche aus nur über die Außentreppe erreichbar sind ( ist bei Regen besonders unangenehm) und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Wenn man wandern, biken oder Motorrad fahren möchte ist die Lage des Hauses in Ordnung. Den nächsten Badestrand erreicht man allerdings nicht unter 40 Minuten Fahrtzeit.( Gradac 40 Minuten 33km, Makarska 40 Minuten 38km)
