The arable farm where this holiday home is located has a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of space to relax, or for children to let off steam on the trampolines, swing, slide, go-karts, or in the sandbox. Take a long morning walk through the dune area of Oranjezon, or enjoy the sunset from your garden. They are all moments that will stay with you!

This tiny house is on the ground floor and can be reached via a staircase with three steps. The front and rear of the house are made of glass, allowing a lot of light to enter. The round corners in combination with a wooden, quiet interior create a cozy atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. The house is equipped with air conditioning and there is a washing machine for general use (for a fee).

At the front, you enter the kitchen. This kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the middle part of the house, you will find the bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, and shower. The two bedrooms are located at the rear and in the middle part of the house. Handy with children who go to bed earlier! Both bedrooms have a box spring (160x200 cm) and two bedside tables. A high chair and folding baby bed (60x120 cm) are also available. De Specht has its terrace at the front and rear (25 m2 in total). In addition, there is a large garden around the house, screened with plants (no fence). There is plenty of room to play here and you also have a beautiful view of the dunes and farmland from the garden.

Bicycles can be parked inside the bicycle shed, which can be found on the other side of the sanitary building of the adjacent mini campsite, which can be reached via a green sliding door. There is also one parking space at the house and plenty of extra parking elsewhere on the property.

This tiny house is located on an arable farm in Vrouwenpolder, on the edge of the Oranjezon nature reserve. This is a beautiful area for long walks. With a bit of luck, you will not only spot rabbits and cows here, but you will also encounter many deer. Not much further you are on the beach, overlooking the sea. Prefer a day trip to the city? The cozy and always bustling Middelburg is not far away. You will also find several terraces, restaurants, and a supermarket in Vrouwenpolder itself.

Arrival is possible daily except Sundays, with weekly rentals required during holiday periods.Payment is due in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On departure day, please vacate the house by 9:30 a.m. and return the key to the collection point.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen, so please bring your own.Bed linen and towels are usually provided; please check your booking for confirmation.Any overnight visitors must be registered and are only allowed to stay with prior approval, with a charge for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets may be allowed, depending on the property. Check the listing details to confirm. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their animals do not disturb other guests or neighbors.Youth groups are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
