New and very comfortable and nice decorated villa with pool for 8 people. Located is in the village, only 8 km from Vrsar. The house is situated on the edge of the village on their own fenced parcel of 600m2 of private pool and olive grove. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchen, large dining table, one bedroom with own bathroom and separate toilet with washimg room. From the living room out to the covered terrace where there is a grill and a seating area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and three bathroom each with its own shower / toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher). The house is fully air conditioned and additionally includes satellite TV, Internet, safe, and a washing machine). Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a small park for children, and private parking. The hosts of Villa Marija Klostar has in the vicinity own restaurant, where you can sample local specialties of Istrian cuisine. The area is very popular for cyclists due to Lim Fjord and lots of bike trails and a lookout point..
