The apartrments are located in Riva 40 m from the sea. Each apartment ha sits own parking lot. Restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, children`s games (Trampoline, gumiburg, go-cart, post and muxh more) just steps away. The apartments have large garden with large to use for all guests, air conditioning, waves, television with German channels and Italian channels, each apartment has large teracce, sea view, alli in new condition. The apartments were newly built in 2018.
