The beautiful Villa Zizi is an authentic stone house, 230 m2 living area, located in the picturesque village of Vrsi in Northern Dalmatia, near Zadar. It is ideal for a relaxing seaside vacation, providing accommodation for up to ten people, with an optimal guest number of eight. Only a few minutes' walk from an enchanting beach, it is the perfect spot for a summer getaway.

Villa Zizi offers four elegant bedrooms. Two rooms are equipped with comfortable 160x200 cm beds, each with its own bathroom. The third bedroom also has a 160x200 cm bed, while the fourth is fitted with bunk beds measuring 90x200 cm; these two rooms share a common bathroom.

The spacious, modern kitchen invites gourmets to prepare their favorite dishes. The living room includes a sofa bed 180x200 cm, providing additional accommodation for two people.

Outdoor relaxation is complete with a large heated pool of 42 m2, surrounded by a sun deck with loungers and an outdoor shower. After a refreshing swim, you can bask in the sun and enjoy views of the idyllic landscape.

Next to the pool, there is a small stone house with an authentic Dalmatian tavern where you can spend pleasant evenings savoring local delicacies. The tavern also has an additional toilet.

For entertainment, there is a table tennis table in the basement, perfect for friendly competition with family and friends. There is also the possibility of organizing group or private tours, looking for dolphins, with a special discount for guests of the house.

With prior arrangement with the host, you can arrange delivery of fresh local produce, including meat and fish.
