Lovely villa, great staff.

Overall everything was great. The rooms and villa were lovely, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We rented a bbq for a small fee to cook some food we brought as there were limited kitchen facilities. The staff provided everything to light it and delivered to our room. There was a problem with our room keys which had to be fixed twice but the staff handled it quickly and we're very efficient. The pool filter and lights were not functioning the first day, we had to ask for someone to come and turn them on. Again this was done quickly. We also had to ask for beach towels as there were none provided in the rooms, despite the private pool and beach access. Also for a 4 bed villa there was a lack of outdoor seating. Only 2 loungers, no cushions and no shaded area to sit. The villa next door to us had a covered outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. That would have been nice, or at least an umbrella. Small fixes could make this room exceptional.

The hotel is dated and needs repair. It is not as nice as it looks online. The pool and spa were closed & it wasn’t disclosed before booking. So were the additional “bars.” The beach is being held on to by buried plastic tarps. You can only swim or hang out on the beach at low tide. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Service was inconsistent and food was okay but service and availability of it was also inconsistent.The hotel was likely nice back when it was built, but it is now tired and having an identity crisis. It says it’s a resort, but it’s not quite living up to its title. They will charge you for everything - an extra coffee at breakfast, a lost key card. If you can get a cheap room, it might be worth it, and don’t come with high expectations and you’ll be okay.

We stayed here for 10 nights over Christmas & have to say we were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our rooms. They're were all very spacious & clean & the beds were nice & comfy. In the rooms you are given sachets of coffee, but they're the 3 in 1 that include milk & sugar which I don't like. The bathrooms are also a good size & the shower is over a sunken bath, so if you have mobility issues, this might be a problem. The resort itself is beautiful, lots of greenery & on the beach, it really does feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast here was really good, always lots of options including fruit, pastries, Vietnamese & international dishes, omlettes made fresh etc. The restaurant at night is another story. We went for dinner here once, our party ordered starters & mains, 2 of them got their starters, I then got a waitress come & tell me that I couldn't have the main I'd ordered as it had been burnt! This was after waiting for over an hour & I didn't even get my starter. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just don't bother with the restaurant for an evening meal.

Die Anlage ist toll, viel Grün und direkt am schönen, kleinen Strandabschnitt. Bedenken sollte man, dass die Wege teilweise recht weit sind. Das Frühstück bietet super viel Auswahl und der Service ist sehr gut. Dies gilt auch für den Service an der Rezeption und des Housekeepings. Der Service an der Poolbar war nicht gut. Oft war niemand da und dann wurden uns noch 50.000 Dong für einen gebrochenen Aschenbecher berechnet. Die offenen Badezimmer sind schön bei schönem Wetter, bei Regen leider sehr unpraktisch, da man immer nass wird und viel Schmutz in Bad und Zimmer ist. Die Anlage ist etwas abgelegen, deswegen sollte man einen Roller mieten, wenn man mal außerhalb essen oder einkaufen möchte.

Được đổi lại tên là Fler De Lys, resort được cải tạo lại hoàn toàn và mang đậm phong cách Địa Trung Hải, xinh đẹp, mới toanh, hòa mình vào thiên nhiên với rừng cây ven đồi, vẫn còn khá nhiều loài ốc lá xinh đẹp sống trên cây với vỏ ốc màu trắng có vân nâu hay các màu sắc khác, loài này hiện rất khó kiếm tại Long Hải, nhưng lại sinh sống tự do và nhiều trong resort. Hồ bơi đẹp phù hợp cho trẻ em và trẻ nhỏ.
