Dear Sir / Madam Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent stay at the Rex hotel. Because it was Tet holiday, so there were a lot of event for welcoming Lunar new year which had caused a big noise around our hotel. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and hope you will sympathize with us. We also appreciate your comments about air-condition. Our maintenance had checked and fixed it.
