I WAS REJECTED BECAUSE THEY DON'T WORK WITH YOU

I couldn't stay at the hotel because they said they didn't work with you. My booking was cancel even though I paid all the money that you offer for that room. I had to find another place to stay. Please refund back my money. You must work with them to clarify everything before you post their information on your website. Anyway, please tell me when I will get my money back?
