Didn’t have clear instructions on how to find out room. Went to the office twice before we found it. Took our luggage and belongings and proceeded inside. First thing I saw was quips on the floor when I looked up neither bed was made. The was beer cans and trash everywhere. We backed out and I called the front desk. She apologized and offered another room which we took and it was good. The breakfast bar wasn’t much. The muffins and bread looked stale.

How is this place still standing?

So much… so so so much was wrong with this stay. I’ll bullet point to be concise. -Online check-in was moot as I had to do the whole process again at the front desk. -The option to request a late check-out (that was part of the online check-in) was moot as the clerk said that they don’t offer that. -The floor had several spots that indicate the sub-flooring was damaged and if not for the carpeting, would end in someone falling through the floor. -Food trash and a sock under the bed. -Small bugs throughout the room. -Bathroom floor has broken tiles that had to be covered as they posed a tripping/cutting hazard. -Water pressure so hard that it was akin to a pressure washer. -Bathroom floor flooding less than 30 seconds of running the shower (water bypassing both the shower and floor drains). -Housekeeping knocking on the door at 10AM when check-out time is 11AM. -And a litany of other little things that would just seem petty to point out. Would have left a 0 star review if the app didn’t require at least one. Would add pics but the app won’t let me.

The air conditioner cannot keep the room cool… had to go buy a fan. There was a gap in between the door where you could see daylight and the room had several flies and gnats.

Smells like cigarettes (non-smoking rooms) White sheets with red/brown stains, called from desk to request new sheets, but they put me on hold for 15+ minutes with no call back or answer. Found the bathtub half way filled with water.

Awful place to stay!!!

This was the absolute worst place I have stayed. There were bugs crawling on the furniture. The carpet was damp. The handrail out side was laying in the grass. The parking lot was a shambles. The continental breakfast was terrible
