Beautiful, modern property with spotless rooms, an exceptional gym and pool, and great overall value. The facilities truly stand out. Service, however, could use improvement. When I approached the front desk with a quick question, the team did acknowledge me and said they'd be right with me — but I ended up waiting an unreasonably long time, even with three team members (including a manager) present. Eventually, I walked away without receiving assistance. Additionally, restaurant service was significantly slow; we nearly left due to the wait. With a bit more attentiveness and urgency from staff, this hotel could easily become a top-tier stay.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. We only had one bath towel so we had to get another one we noticed this (which was after showering). They did seem to be short staffed when we checked in.

The host that checked us in had a very unwelcoming attitude. We were new to the property and he wasn't interested in explaining anything. Our server at breakfast, we were the only ones in the dining room, was very put out that he had to serve us. We ordered lattes, the machine they use produced awful coffee. They have a gem in Julia Z, front desk. The property itself is gorgeous- but they need to up the bar for their staff. You're in the hospitality industry, kindness needs to be front and center and the foremost in daily behavior.

The hotel is well appointed, the customer service was absolutely fantastic, and the pool and outdoor game area was a really neat extra. Loved the fact that it was walkable to the Riverwalk and the pedestrian bridge leading over the river. Will definitely stay again.
