The hotel was very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. There was a wide variety of snacks available and breakfast in the morning. This is a great, affordable place to stay when in Waco!

Great weekend getaway

Hotel is brand new. Very clean and well maintained. In the heart of Waco. Near Magnolia market place, Baylor University, the Brazos River is within walking distance. Staff was excellent and very helpful

No Empathy for an Emergency Cancellation.

I recently faced a family emergency that forced me to cancel my much-anticipated trip to visit my daughter at Baylor University. It was a difficult decision, and I had hoped to reschedule for another time, but unfortunately, the manager was unable to offer a refund or credit for a future date. It’s disheartening given the circumstances, and I wish there had been more flexibility.

NO SMART TV.

Upon arrival, we could not find a remote for the TV. The guy at the front desk said he would let me know when he located one. He did not. An hour passed, so I went to the front desk to check, and he said here is your remote. There was spilt coffee stains on the floor, and the toilet ran water off and on all night. This was surprising because the hotel looked brand new. I also can not understand why a brand new hotel does not have a smart TV.
