Breakfast was ok, not very hot or fresh. Oatmeal was not hot and very clumpy. Biacuits, bread and rolls kept falling apart. The beds in the Queen Suite room were very very uncomfortable, to the point that you could feel the springs in the bed when laying down on it. Made for a very difficult night of sleep. Very thin covers/blankets. When asked the front desk for another blanket, they were out and we were told they would bring it to the room…we never received the blanket. Staff communication: When checking in we requested a late check out and the staff member approved it and told us 12pm. On day of check out, housekeeping tried coming in and then asked us when we were leaving. Told them we had a 12p checkout. Shortly after we got a call from the front desk saying they were going to charge us $50 for the extra hour. We had to explain what happened at check in with other staff member and how he said we had a 12p check out. Overall, not the best stay for the price. Will not be staying here again.

- The pull out bed was not made up with fresh sheets. It looked as if the bed had been slept in used sheets. + I would like to point out that the receptionist was very upbeat and helpful all while working when we checked in late that night and she was there again the next morning. She was friendly and the only one working.

The water pressure in the shower and sink was nonexistent. The fan in the bathroom ran all night and was loud. Thevpillows smelled like sweat and smelled dirty. When I was checking in she was talking to another coworker an actually asked me to wait halfway through check in to go get her coworker and umbrella it was storming and I was standing there soaking wet waiting to check in. She said one second let me get her an umbrella she’s leaving. Unbelievable
